Reconnect with nature, reclaim your strength, and rediscover the powerful person within” - Leah

MEET THE FOUNDER

LEAH SCOTT - PRACTITIONER, INSTRUCTOR, FOUNDER OF WILD THINGS ANATOMY

A woman who’s walked herself back to the river, and invites others to do the same.
Her journey isn’t about fixing or performing; it’s about remembering. Leah’s spent years guiding thousands, across Australia and the world, back to their centre—through cold immersion, breath, and nature. She teaches people how to stand solid in discomfort, shed old stories, and return to what’s real.

  • "When it comes to all things snow, ice and cold water training, there is no other person in Australia I’d want to be guiding me through it. Leah lives what she teaches, giving her incredible personal experience and her knowledge about training in these extreme climates is second to none. If you're thinking about stepping out of your comfort zone and into the snow & ice here in Australia, train with Leah."

    KYM

  • "I had an amazing experience. Leah was a brilliant instructor. Her vast knowledge was evident, and she was engaging and inspirational. The guided meditation was so beautiful, and amplified by the music and instruments that Leah incorporated. I saw beautiful colours and shapes during this meditation which has not previously happened to me. The icy dip in the lake that had been worrying me, turned out to be a great experience. All of us did it and we made a good team."

    LINDA

  • "What a ripper weekend and experience. What a challenge. What a release... Terrific group - each bringing their own unique dynamic and flavour - and all of us willing to share and explore together. You guys lead a supportive, encouraging and insightful retreat. A short journey together. Yet, a remarkable one. ”Ice in the veins” brings a whole new meaning."
