Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Registrant
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable 20% cancellation fee, which includes third-party ticketing fees (e.g., Eventbrite, Stripe, Squarespace), marketing expenses, food, accommodation, and staff costs.
Cancellation within seven (7) days before the event: 50% of the booking price is non-refundable.
Cancellation within three (3) days before the event or no-show: The full (100%) booking price is non-refundable.
Rescheduling to a future event: Some allowances can be made for rescheduling to a future event, but a 20% fee will apply to cover costs (food, accommodation, staff). Participants will be charged the 20% fee when rescheduling their upcoming event.
In case of emergency: If you encounter an emergency, please contact us at contact@leahscott.net. Refunds and transfers for emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation by Instructor
The instructor reserves the right to cancel the activity if the minimum number of participants has not been met. The minimum number of participants will be communicated beforehand.
Cancellation due to low participants: In case of cancellation due to a low number of participants, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Other reasons: If the instructor must cancel the course for other reasons (e.g., illness), you will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule.
Damages: Please note that no rights are reserved for damages.

Our retreats focus on connecting with oneself, nature, and others. We stand for love, healing, awareness, unity, equality, and freedom.
To be transparent, the Wild Things Anatomy team is not vaccinated. We appreciate your understanding and support.
