Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Registrant

All bookings are subject to a non-refundable 20% cancellation fee. This covers essential costs including staff, accommodation, catering, and administrative expenses.

  • Cancellation 7+ days prior: 80% refund (minus the non-refundable fee).

  • Cancellation within 7 days: 50% refund.

  • Cancellation within 3 days or no-show: No refund.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule to a future event (subject to availability) with a 50% fee to cover fixed costs.

In emergencies, please contact us at contact@leahscott.net. Refunds in exceptional cases are assessed individually.

Cancellation by Instructor

We reserve the right to cancel an event if the minimum participant number isn’t met. You’ll be notified well in advance.

  • Low Participation: In this case, you’ll receive a full refund or can transfer to a future event.

  • Instructor Cancellation (e.g., illness): You’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Force Majeure: For events cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), we’ll offer a full refund or credit.
