Meet Leah Scott

Going through divorce in 2015 was a challenging time for me, it felt like being thrown into the depths of hell. Anxiety, panic attacks, depression. However, the intense transformation that followed proved to be a catalyst for my personal growth and a greater level of self-awareness. The struggles I encountered, the feeling of isolation, and being excluded pushed me to confront my weaknesses, discover my true self, and gain a deeper understanding of life and why I am here. It was a journey of self-discovery that led me to swimming in the Thredbo river every morning - yes, even when it was snowing.

Our challenges in life are there to serve a purpose. It can be easy to lose sight of hope and feel overwhelmed by negative thoughts and our future. However, it is important to remember that these struggles are a natural part of the human experience and can be not only overcome with the right support and tools but help us to evolve to live as far more optimal humans.

I have an innovative approach to cold exposure training emphasises the transformative power of immersing oneself in nature and letting go of who it is we ‘think’ we are. By combining this with my expertise in breathwork techniques, I have created a powerful weekend program that helps individuals tap into their inner power and strength to feel limitless.

Embarking on a journey towards health and wellness is a self-educating process that takes you through stages of challenge and discovery. With the support of expert guidance and understanding, a loving and non judgmental environment, together lets create freedom, acceptance and take back mastery of our own lives. This process will allow you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your capabilities, empowering you to take control of your mind, body and spirit. It's a transformative process that leads to a brighter, more fulfilling future and for many people, their purpose in life. Our bodies have their own natural healing capacity, we can all feel empowered once again, and know our potential for future thriving.

Join us on a journey of self-discovery and unleash the full potential of your mind, body, and spirit using Breathwork, cold exposure and time in nature as the catalysts for your transformative processes. Embrace your inner power and transform every aspect of your life today!

The cold reveals the strength of our character in the face of adversity and stress, highlighting our breathing habits, thoughts, and heart beat. To attain mastery over our stress response consistency and observation is key.

Snowy Mountains Local

Based in Jindabyne and Thredbo in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales, Australia since 2016, Leah knows the spectacular wilderness of the Australian Alps like the back of her hand. She is an experienced alpine hiker and backcountry snowboarder.

Leah’s second home is the icy waters of the Thredbo River and during winter you’ll find her, ice axe in hand, enjoying her daily cold exposure ritual!

Over the years has trained herself in the mountains in the cold to see things in people that others miss.  Its an internal guidance, sense, paying attention, presence and it gives her a unique ability to train people deeper and to see when they have pushed themselves (or not enough) in the cold.

What makes for a good leader is one, she will never ask you to do something that she has never done before - but that is not much.
