“I recently attended a Wim Hof method Kosciusko Retreat run by Wild Thing team, facilitated by Leah Scott. It was a life changing experience. I did things I didn’t believe was possible for me and I met a group of incredible, generous humans. Every part of the retreat was designed to enable us to reach beyond ourselves, from the incredible food to the live music to accompany our breath work. While the retreat was a challenge, at every stage I felt safe and cared for, by Leah and Aaron, Zilky and Cass, Daniel and my fellow participants. I continue to enjoy the benefits, weeks after. I feel so grateful for the experience.” - Tubi
